Live Plant Disclaimer: Because our products include live plants, slight variations in size, shape, color, and leaf structure are completely normal and expected. Images displayed on the website are for reference purposes; the actual plant received may vary slightly.
Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Availability: Plant availability changes seasonally. While we make every effort to fulfill all orders, we reserve the right to discontinue any product or cancel an order if stock becomes unavailable. In such cases, a prompt refund will be issued.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order on our website, you are offering to purchase products subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Payments can be made via authorized online payment gateways (Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, etc.). Orders will only be processed and dispatched upon successful receipt of payment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We partner with reliable courier services to deliver live plants and gardening tools across our serviceable locations.
Because live plants are perishable, transit times are critical. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary based on your geographic location and unforeseen logistics delays.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with a working phone number. SK Gardens will not be liable for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details or the recipient being unavailable.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, physical returns are generally not accepted. Refunds or replacements are strictly governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which requires reporting issues within 24 hours accompanied by a mandatory unboxing video.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site—such as text, graphics, logos, product images, icons, audio clips, and digital downloads—is the property of SK Gardens or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without express written permission from SK Gardens.

We do not guarantee that live plants will survive indefinitely after delivery, as plant health is heavily dependent on factors outside our control, such as proper watering, sunlight, soil conditions, and subsequent plant care by the customer.
